Regulations: The Deval Patrick Committee can accept individual contributions of up to $500 in a single calendar year. State campaign finance laws prohibit Massachusetts-registered lobbyists from contributing more than $200 to any single campaign committee in a single calendar year. State campaign finance laws prohibit the use of money orders or cash for campaign contributions in excess of $50. Contributions and gifts to the Deval Patrick Committee are not tax deductible for federal and state income tax purposes. Campaign finance laws prohibit contributions from corporations.
